  • What are the precautions you take for the coronavirus (Covid19) epidemic?

    We closely follow the news and updates on the corona virus (COVID-19). We are paying great attention to the health and safety of our guests and employees. You may think what to do for your summer travel plans during coronavirus or is it safe to travel?

    Since the beginning of the epidemic, we have proactively involved in the process. We cooperate with tourism NGOs, Turkish Ministry of Health and Turkish Ministry of Tourism . We follow their day-to-day instructions. We also keep tuned with World Health Organisation's announcements.

    Due to travel restrictions in our country and all over the world we had to took a break from hosting guests for a while. We hope to start accepting guests before the summer season. We are aware that coronavirus measures are important for our guests and for our staff.   • What are the check in and check out times to the rooms?

    Check-in time 14:00, Check-out time is 12: 00.

  • Can we rent a baby car and is there a baby sitting service?

    Baby stroller can be hired from reception. (10€ per day) Baby Sitting service is also available with en extra fee.

  • What is the distance to the nearest airport?

    Havalimanı'na 75 km mesafede bulunuyor.

  • Would you offer airport transfer?

    Yes, we can provide you with private car transfers at an extra charge. Please contact by e-mail.

  • Can both hotels' facilities used by sister hotel guests?

    Yes, guests can use the other hotel's facilities free of charge (activities, within the scope of the concept of food and drinks etc.) Ex: Starlight Resort guest may use Sunrise Resort's facilities.

  • Is there a mobile app for your hotel?

    Yes, there are mobile applications to our hotel. You can access the Android Play Store and the Apple Appstore and search for "Guestranet Starlight Resort" or "Guestranet Sunrise Resort"

  • Is there a fee to Alacarte Restaurants?

    Mediterranean and Sini A La Carte Restaurant, are free of charge for guests who stay 5 days or longer.. All other a la carte restaurants have extra fee.

  • Is there parking?

    There is an outdoor parking.

  • Are there bath tub in rooms?

    All rooms in the main building include a bathtub.

  • What is the beach type?

    Our beach is fine gravel beach. wood panels for walkways offered. There is also a jetty stretching over sea for sunbathing or accessing to the sea.

  • Are any of the pools extra? If yes, which one(s)?

    Among 14 swimming pools, only VIP pool in Secret Garden comes with an extra fee. Secret Garden is an exclusive service which offers privilages to elevate your travel comfort. Please click for more details.

  • Is there a fee for concerts?

    Our concert events are free of charge for hotel guests. There is also no necessaity for reserving seats or getting tickets. However, in some event hotel may offer private lounge or section with an extra cost.

  • Can children attend the concerts or galas in the program, and if so, is there an age limit?

    Can participate. No age limit

  • Will you have babysitting services during the concerts?

    Our babysitting service is available with a fee.

  • How are concerts held? Will it be dinner, is there a restriction on drinks, is the seating arrangement in the form of a bar-bistro?

    There is no seating arrangement as the events are organized as concerts. They are held outdoors. You can watch a video of a sample concert from 2019 on the following link.

  • Is WIFI extra or free of charge?

    There is WIFI in rooms and public locations. Its unlimited and free of charge. There is also premium WIFI with an extra cost which offers fast internet access.

  • Are there shopping center, pharmacy and similar shops around the hotels?

    Our hotel is located in Kızılağaç, Side. Some souvenir shops and food venues are located withing walking distance around hotel, including pharmacy as well.

  • Is there a historical and touristic places to visit near your hotel?

    The region where World Of Sunrise located is very rich in cultural and sgihtseeing options. During your vacation, you can visit ancient city of Side, where you can see magnificant Temples of Apollo, the etxraordinary Side Amphitheatre and all the ancient city itself. Manavgat waterfalls, Koprulu Canyon is also a breath taking hiking and rafting destination with spectacular views. You can also consider visiting other ancient cities like Perge or Selge in daily trips.

  • Are pets allowed?

    Pets are not allowed.

  • Are football, golf and tennis facilities extra?

    Professional football pitches, tennis courts, tennis lessons, tennis and golf equipment are extra.

  • What are your services for special days like wedding anniversary or birthday?

    Refreshments are offered within concept if you notify us about your birthday or other special occasions. If you would like to experince a special dinner or part organisation, please contact guest relations.

  • Is there iron in rooms?

    There are no irons in the rooms. However, our ironing service is offered for a fee.

  • How is the heating/cooling system?

    There is central heating and cooling.

  • How is the VIP concept?

    Junior Suit, Deluxe Suit, Corner Jakuzi Suites, King Suite ve Presidential Suite guests offered VIP concept by default. Other room guests may also use VIP concept with an extra fee. Services are;
